5. Samode Palace Hotel. This was the most beautiful hotel formerly a palace belonging to the local maharajah, he still owns it and two other hotels which were his palaces. I stayed here with Bernard and Co. and absolutely adored the place, there were fountains and beautiful flowers, courtyards with archways leading onto other courtyards and more archways, quite a rabbit warren - I was always getting lost. Sean was given the Maharajah's suite - very suitable, mind you if it had been Richard Sharpe - he'd just have taken it as his!
6. Bernard Cornwell and Chris Clarke on set. Not very exciting this one but I thought you'd like to see how Bernard is looking after his op in the summer, as you can see he's very fit and having lost some weight looking very good too. They were just setting up the next scene in the fort so it seemed a good time for a photo pose!
